What it does
Once, or on repeat
Send a message once, or repeat it every so many minutes, hours or days, until a date you set or with no end. A daily message keeps its local time when the clocks change.
In any timezone
Each message has its own timezone, which starts as your profile’s. Pick 09:00 in New York or 08:30 in Vilnius, and that is when it goes out.
Many recipients at once
Pick contacts, groups and channels from your connected accounts, and the same message goes to each of them.
Templates
Save the messages you send often, mark your favourites and copy one to start another. {recipient_name} is filled in as each message goes out, and {date}, {time} and {day} with the date, time and weekday in UTC at that moment.
Attachments
Add an image, a video, an audio file or a PDF to a message.
Sent at the account’s pace
Every message keeps to its account’s daily and hourly caps and the gap between messages. A message that would go too soon after the last one goes a little later. Once a cap is reached, the message fails with the reason.
Retries and a record of every send
A send that hits a network error is tried again five minutes later, up to three attempts in all. The sent log shows what went out and what failed, with Telegram’s error, and you can resend what failed.

Can I schedule messages to groups and channels?
Yes. Recipients can be contacts, groups or channels, as long as the account you send from can post there.
Which timezone does a scheduled message use?
The one you pick for that message; it starts as your profile’s timezone. The time is kept in that zone, so a daily 09:00 message still goes out at 09:00 after a daylight-saving change.
Do scheduled messages count toward my plan?
Scheduled messages (one per recipient), each run of a recurring message, resends and retries, and forwarded posts (one per destination) all share one monthly allowance. What went out this period counts, and so do the scheduled messages due before it resets. On the free plan it resets on the first day of each month (UTC). On a paid plan, monthly or yearly, by card or crypto, it resets every month on the day your subscription started.
What if Telegram asks an account to slow down?
A wait of up to a minute is sat out, then the message goes. For a longer wait, Dripl notes it in the account’s health, pauses a minute and tries once more, sitting out up to one more minute. If Telegram’s wait still has longer to run, the message fails with Telegram’s error, and you can retry it from the Errors page. Each account’s pace also spaces its messages out, so they don’t go in bursts.
