Forward Telegram posts automatically, with filters and edits
Copy new posts from a Telegram channel or group to your own channels and groups as they arrive. Filter them by keyword or media type, and change links, mentions, hashtags and captions on the way.
What it does
One source, many destinations
A rule reads one channel or group your account can see, and sends each new post to every destination you add, by chat ID or @username. Each post is forwarded once.
Keyword and media filters
Forward only the posts that mention one of your keywords, skip posts with words you exclude, and choose which of text, photos, videos and documents go through.
Links your way
Keep links, remove them or replace them with your own URL. Allow or block domains, and add utm_source and utm_medium so your web analytics can tell where visits came from.
Mentions, hashtags, header and footer
Remove @mentions or swap them for your own, find and replace hashtags, add yours at the start, at the end or after the first paragraph, and put a header or a footer on every copy.
Media captions
Photos, videos and documents are forwarded with their captions. Keep a caption, remove it, replace it, or add your own text before or after it.
Active hours
Let a rule forward only on certain days and between certain hours in your timezone, overnight windows included. Posts outside the window are skipped and logged.
A delay for each destination
Give a destination a delay in seconds, and a random extra on top, and its copy goes out that much after the post arrives. Several channels then don’t all post in the same second.
Hourly limits
Cap how many posts each destination gets per hour. A post over the cap is skipped for that destination and logged. The account’s own pace applies too.
Test first, then see every result
Try a rule on a sample message to see the text after every filter and edit. The log shows each post that was forwarded, filtered (with the reason) or failed, and you can retry the ones that failed.

Can’t find it? Contact support
Does the source have to be my own channel?
No. It can be any channel or group one of your connected accounts can read. The same account sends the copies, so it must be able to post in each destination.
Can I see what a rule does before it goes live?
Yes. Test the rule on a sample message to see the text after every filter and edit.
What happens if the account has to sign in again?
The rule stops and tells you why, instead of failing on every post. Re-authenticate the account, then turn the rule back on.
Do forwarded posts count toward my message allowance?
No. Only scheduled messages count toward a plan’s monthly allowance.
