Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dripl (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of them, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, as described below.

Dripl is a Telegram automation platform. It lets you schedule messages, auto-forward content between channels and groups, manage several Telegram accounts and view analytics. The Service works through the Telegram API and needs a Telegram account you are allowed to use.

You must give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use Dripl to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or break Telegram’s Terms of Service
• Distribute malware, phishing content or illegal material
• Impersonate people or organizations
• Harass, threaten or abuse other people
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Exceed rate limits or get around usage restrictions

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Card subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel

We will tell you about price changes at least 30 days ahead.

Cancel from Settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for. We don’t prorate partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.

The Dripl platform, including its design, code, trademarks and content, belongs to Dripl and is protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of your content (messages, templates and rules). By using the Service, you give us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service.

We may change these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
